Since 1985, through the Power of Connection, Chicago Lawyers’ Committee has been honored to bring together volunteer attorneys from Chicago’s most prestigious law firms to nonprofits and small businesses in Black and Brown communities in Chicago.

These nonprofits and small businesses are the blood, sweat and tears of people who want to realize their dreams as entrepreneurs or change their neighborhoods for the greater good. With access to free legal services, these dreams become a reality, create jobs, and increase health and wealth in Chicago’s communities of color.
