Cook County's Just Housing Amendment (JHA) prohibits housing discrimination on the basis of prior justice involvement (arrests, convictions, etc).

Led by directly impacted individuals, the Just Housing Legal Clinic will provide a monthly space for community members to discuss the JHA, access legal support, and organize for full protection under the law! Community members, organizers, advocates, case managers and social service providers are welcome.
