Chicago Land Use: A Guide for Communities is the first publication of its kind. The chapters in this guide - and the workshops that accompany them - aim to provide individuals, communities, and neighborhoods with practical information on the policies, restrictions, and incentives related to the development and use of land in the City of Chicago. Ultimately, the goal is to empower readers to understand how they can influence and shape important decisions that impact their community.
